The Xantrex 883-0125-12 Lithium-Ion Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) Battery uses UL17931 certified cells and features an internal Battery Management System (BMS) unit which protects the batteries and monitors state-of-charge (SOC), voltage, current, and temperature. Equipped with redundant safety features, the Xantrex 883-0125-12 Lithium-Ion Battery is the safest in the market today. Specifically designed to withstand the harsh operating environments of marine and vehicle applications, the 883-0125-12 lasts up to 6,000 cycles compared to traditional lead acid or AGM batteries, which typically last 400–500 cycles. The Xantrex 125Ah Lithium-Ion Battery offers exceptional power density and is also available with a heating blanket option if installation is outside the main cabin. The Xantrex 883-0125-12 LiFePO4 battery is intended and designed to fit into existing lead acid Group 31 battery scenarios while operating in the extreme environments of today.
