We are truly sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused, and we are deeply frustrated by our own seeming disappearance from this space.
No UnchartedUSA customer should have to deal with a lack of communication, delays in ordering parts and products, or uncertainty about the status of an order.
From here on out, we will make it our duty to ensure every single person who visits our site, customer or not, has a seamless and painless experience. Whether you’re an RV mechanic, an avid outdoor enthusiast, or a humble fisherman, we plan to make your experience from start to finish as easy as it can possibly be.
Because nobody wants to head out on an adventure only to realize they are waiting on us for something they need.
Why has UnchartedUSA been down, lacking in communication, and lacking customer service?
Recently, we have undergone some structural and personnel changes that caused certain internal accounts and systems to become inaccessible. Because of this, we have been working urgently to recover every bit of information possible to ensure that every order gets where it needs to go, and that any order arriving in an unacceptable manner is taken care of appropriately.
While we continue catching up on any orders that fall into this category, we are also reopening our site for new orders to be placed.

In the coming year, we have many plans to expand not only our inventory selection, but also our customer service capabilities.
We are working to develop stronger relationships with both current and new distributors and manufacturers, allowing us to provide a wider selection for all of your outdoor, RV, marine, and adventure-related needs.
We are also taking new precautions with technology to make your experience as seamless as possible, while putting fail-safes in place to ensure a truly reliable customer service experience. Our promise moving forward is simple: we do not intend to let you, our customers, down again.
