Product images may be for reference only and may not perfectly represent the exact item, packaging, size, color, components, or included accessories.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a product is correct for your application, vehicle, RV, boat, equipment, or use case, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, shipping costs, and product listings are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inventory errors, or listing mistakes at any time.

If an item is unavailable, discontinued, incorrectly priced, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order through UnchartedUSA does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability;

• Pricing or listing errors;

• Suspected fraud;

• Shipping restrictions;

• Distributor or supplier limitations;

• Legal or regulatory restrictions;

• Payment issues;

• Incorrect customer information.

Once an order is submitted, we may begin processing it quickly through our internal systems or third-party distributors. Because of this, order changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

6. Payment

Payment must be provided at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.

If payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise fails, we may cancel or delay your order. Customers are responsible for any outstanding balances, fees, or costs associated with failed payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, carrier options, tracking information, and delivery estimates may vary depending on the item, distributor, manufacturer, warehouse location, customer location, and carrier availability.

Any delivery dates or shipping estimates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

UnchartedUSA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, distributor delays, manufacturer delays, supply chain issues, customs, holidays, or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional costs.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

Customers should inspect all deliveries as soon as they arrive.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, customers must contact UnchartedUSA within the applicable return or claim window. Photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage may be required.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue is fully resolved. Discarding packaging may limit our ability to process a carrier claim, distributor claim, replacement, refund, or return.

UnchartedUSA will work with the customer, carrier, distributor, supplier, or manufacturer to resolve damaged or incorrect shipment issues when possible.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, whether the item is damaged or non-damaged.

Restocking fees may apply. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return, product type, distributor requirements, and other factors.

Some items are ineligible for return, including but not limited to certain special-order items, installed items, used items, modified items, electrical components, clearance items, custom products, or products marked as non-returnable by the distributor or manufacturer.

Refunds may be reduced by restocking fees, shipping costs, missing parts, damage, or other applicable deductions.

10. Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. However, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If an order has already been processed, shipped, submitted to a distributor, special ordered, or otherwise fulfilled, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

If a cancellation is approved, any refund will be processed according to the payment method used and applicable processing times.

11. Product Installation and Compatibility

Some products sold by UnchartedUSA may require proper installation, inspection, professional knowledge, tools, or compatibility verification.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended use before purchase and before installation.

UnchartedUSA is not responsible for damage, injury, product failure, labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, repair costs, lost time, or other expenses caused by improper installation, incorrect product selection, misuse, modification, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

Professional installation may be recommended or required for certain products.

12. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by UnchartedUSA may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer, not UnchartedUSA.

UnchartedUSA may assist customers with manufacturer warranty information when possible, but we do not control manufacturer warranty decisions.

Warranty claims may require photos, proof of purchase, product serial numbers, original packaging, inspection, return authorization, or direct communication with the manufacturer.

13. No Additional Warranty by UnchartedUSA

Except as expressly stated by UnchartedUSA in writing, products are sold as provided by the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnchartedUSA disclaims all warranties not expressly provided, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

This does not limit any warranty rights that may be provided directly by the manufacturer or required by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnchartedUSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost use, loss of data, labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, repair costs, vehicle damage, equipment damage, or business interruption.

UnchartedUSA’s total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

15. Regulated, Restricted, or Compliance-Sensitive Products

Certain products may be subject to federal, state, local, carrier, manufacturer, or distributor restrictions.

By purchasing from UnchartedUSA, you agree that you are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws, regulations, restrictions, and requirements that apply to the purchase, possession, installation, transportation, and use of any product you order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for restricted or compliance-sensitive products.
